Darren S. Snodgrass

Growing up with a successful real estate professional and developer as his father gave Darren a front-row seat to the opportunities, challenges, and cycles of the property business.

His own career spans three decades across commercial, industrial, and wireless development. President, vice president, and director roles have combined operating responsibility with hands-on experience in land, zoning, entitlements, and project delivery.

He brings the ability to coordinate owners, engineers, attorneys, municipalities, and construction teams so their different disciplines contribute to a common goal.

At D2 Enterpriz (D2E), Darren brings that experience to land strategy, development coordination, and project delivery, while helping build the company’s property investment and rehabilitation business.

Through Developing Perspective, Darren also writes independently about housing, land use, and civic policy, examining the systems that shape what communities can build.
