Legacy United brings together our faith, family, and a commitment to put our experience to good use. We are building D2 Enterpriz to do work that matters—to the people we work with, the communities we touch, and the future we are building together.
That may mean helping an owner navigate a property challenge, finding a practical path for a development opportunity, or coordinating the people needed to deliver a complex project. Across our work, we bring the same respect for people, sound judgment, and commitment to follow through.
Cleveland is our chosen home, where we intend our roots to grow deep. Our work can reach farther when our experience, relationships, and capacity make us a strong fit.

Land strategy & project management
Feasibility, due diligence, zoning, entitlements, and project coordination. We bring owners and project professionals together around a workable plan.
Focus: Northeast Ohio, with selected opportunities across Ohio and the Great Lakes.
Wireless infrastructure & delivery oversight
Experienced coordination across site development, permitting, construction tracking, and closeout, drawing on Darren’s infrastructure career.
Reach: Selected engagements beyond the region where scope and capacity align.
Property investment & smart rehabilitation
Building an acquisition and redevelopment pipeline that creates options for owners and brings useful housing back into service through thoughtful improvements.
Approach: Selected markets supported by sound analysis, trusted relationships, and local expertise.

Deborah brings executive leadership, a residential design perspective, and a career in education and content development. Her focus connects thoughtful spaces, people, and community purpose.

Darren S. Snodgrass
Darren brings three decades of commercial, industrial, and wireless development experience—and a lifelong connection to real estate. He brings different disciplines together around a workable plan.

Developing Perspective is Darren’s independent writing on housing, land use, and civic policy, informed by lived development experience. It offers a place to examine the systems that shape what communities can build.
A longer view of service
Our long-term vision includes a separate nonprofit housing initiative to help elderly homeowners and struggling working families address critical home repairs. This remains a future ambition, not a service currently offered by D2E.
Deborah’s education and workforce background also informs future possibilities for connecting career pathways with the skilled trades. Any consulting offer in that area will be developed as capacity and demand support it.
