Deborah K. Snodgrass, M.Ed.

Deborah brings executive oversight, a residential design perspective, and a commitment to community impact. She leads design direction at D2 Enterpriz (D2E) and shares responsibility for developing capital relationships as the investment business takes shape.

Her background includes 17 years teaching career and technical education and subsequent CTE content leadership at Pearson. Past state association leadership and experience in grant writing and funding administration add depth to her work in governance and planning.

Her interest in how people live, learn, and work informs D2E’s approach to useful spaces and thoughtful redevelopment. Her education and workforce background also informs the company’s longer-term interest in career pathways and the skilled trades.
